Now that Fall is upon us – I still have a hankering for freshly boiled corn.
Go to your Farmers Market or heaven-forbid the grocery store to get the most freshest corn possible.
I had no choice… it was the grocery store.
Bring your corn home – we’ll try to revive it.

Place your silked corn into a water and milk bath.
Salt to taste.
Butter is all you need!
No real recipe here:
Place silked corn into a large pot – add water to cover corn, then add a splash or two of milk. Add two tablespoons unsalted butter and one tsp. sugar. Boil until tender.
