These are the cutest little cheese bowls. But, I’m easily amused, too. 🙂 Perfect bowls for your favorite cold salad like: Crab Salad, Chicken or Tuna Salad… and the list goes on.
I made a relatively small Parmesan bowl. I used 1/4 cup shredded parmesan.
In a non-stick pan over medium heat. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Flip once – turn heat off. Invert a drinking glass and place cheese on top.
When cooled you’ll have a perfect little Parmesan bowl.
