Roasted Brussel Sprouts
All you need for this is:
About a pound of brussel sprouts, olive oil for drizzling, 2 cloves garlic, sliced, salt & pepper, to taste, and lemon zest, or juice, to taste. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 400
Toss brussel sprouts, and garlic with olive oil. Cook for approx. 20 minutes until brussel sprouts are tender.
Remove from oven, salt & pepper, add lemon juice – toss well. Add, Parmesan cheese to top.
Tip: While the sprouts are in the oven, if they look like they’re getting dry; remove from oven and add more olive oil – return sprouts to oven.
