This is a quick and easy cheese steak and oh so good. Just walk a mile or two after eating. 🙂
Onion Pepper Cheese Steak – For Two
1/2 Pound Thinly Sliced Deli-Roast Beef
1/4 Cup Zesty Italian Dressing
2- Tablespoons Butter
1 – Small Onion, roughly chopped
1 – Small Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
2 – Hoagie Buns, Split
Combine Roast Beef and Italian Dressing in pan, simmer on medium heat until heated through.
Meanwhile; Melt butter in a pan; add onions and green peppers. Saute until translucent and browned.
Butter split Hoagie Buns; sprinkle with garlic powder and shredded Italian Cheese. (to taste)
Brown Buns under Broiler approx. 5 to 7 minutes.
* Makes Two Six Inch Hoagies.*
Sprinkle with extra cheese – this is necessary.
